After Chpt 7 BK, if I still simply cannot get out of paying the delinquent property taxes, can it come out of the foreclosure sale or must it come out of my pocket?

After Chpt 7 BK, if I still simply cannot get out of paying the delinquent property taxes, can it come out of the foreclosure sale or must it come out of my pocket?...My situation is that I've stopped paying for my home and the property taxes since oct. 2007. Since that time, I declared Chp 7 BK and was discharge in Aug 08. The BK inlcuded all the mortgages on my home as well the amount that I owe in property taxes. However, now that the foreclosure process for the home finally was started not by the mortgage company, but the local public utility who claims to have a tax lien on the home, they've sent me a summon to appear in court in Dec. 09 for Case Management Review in which they plan to get the judge to have me pay the taxes. What are my options? If I simply cannot get out of paying the delinquent property taxes, can it come out of the foreclosure sale or must it come out of my pocket?
hi shuayung,

though your chapter 7 bankruptcy was discharged, you will have to pay off the property taxes. as a tax lien has already been placed on the property, you will have to either pay it off from your pocket or your property will be sold off in order to recover the tax dues.
