I filed Chapter 13 for 3 years. I have been waiting on discharged. Order to closed was 11/08. final ecf was 02/09.
Now i Have this notice of hearing in bankruptcy -70- Objection to trustee's notice of completion of plan payment filed by creditor mortgagte (re;related documents's (66) chapter 13 trustees notice of completion of plan payments (batch) (border,brett)
Can anyone tell me wahat could they be looking for?
We stop paying the mortgage. My husband retired and my imcone was reduce.

A chapter 13 discharge is permitted on successful completion of the payment plan. It seems, since you had stopped making the payments under chapter 13 plan due to financial hardship, the creditors have filed objection to notice of completion of plan payment. You need to negotiate with the creditors regarding this. Contact your bankruptcy attorney as he is the right person to discuss this with the creditors on your behalf and work out a solution.
