I'M CURRENTLY IN A CHAPTER 13, AND NEAR THE END OF THE BANKRUPTCY, NOW THE COURTS WANTS MORE MONEY AND CONSTANTLY ADJUSTING MY CHP 13 PLAN. THEIR REASON IS BECAUSE OF THE MORTGAGE RATE IS CONSTANTLY ADJUSTING AND IT'S CAUSING MORE FINANCIAL STRESS FOR ME. HATE TO LOSE MY HOME WHEN I HAVE FULFILLED EVERYTHING THE COURTS REQUESTED, THE INTREST RATES I PAY ADJUSTS FROM 11% TO 14%. HOW CAN NACA HELP ME GET RELIEF
I would suggest you to contact NACA's office and check out what they have to say in this case. I don't think they would be able to help you much as it's the court and the lenders who decide about your payment plan. However, it would never hurt you if you contact NACA.
