I FILED CHAPTER 13 AND IT WAS DISCHARGED FOR NON PAYMENT SO MY LAWYER SUGGESTED I FILE A CHAPTER 7 BUT THREE YEARS PRIOR I TRANSFERED TWO DEEDS OVER TO MY HUSBAND BECAUSE WE NEEDED SOME WORK DONE TO THE HOUSE AND HE WAS THE ONLY ONE WORKING. NOW THE COURT WANT THOSE TO DEEDS TO BE SET ASIDE. IS IT ANYTHING WE CAN DO?
Hi rousew!

Welcome to forums!

You need to contact your attorney and discuss the case with him. As far as I can understand, when the court has ordered to set aside those two property deeds, you'll have to abide by it.
