A question for all:
I am in a chapter 13, make a good income, but cannot get my mortgage company to accept bi-monthly payments ( to keep current ), no will they entertain a mortgage reduction, nor will they re-finance, where can I get help?

Hi jerry,
You can request the mortgage compnay for a loan modification wherein they can change the terms and conditions of your mortgage. They may even allow you to pay at a low rate of interest.
Good luck
