Hi diannamarrone,

Lenders generally do not go for a loan modification after bankruptcy if you haven't reaffirmed the loan. Reaffirmation of the loan is done when you are in bankruptcy. As your bankruptcy has been discharged, you will have to reopen the case and apply for a reaffirmation of the loan. You need to contact your bankruptcy attorney and take the required steps.
