i have 2 mortgages on my home. my 1st motgage is 15 yr fxd with 4.625% with 7 years left. my 2nd is a ballon mortgage that ive had for 5years now at 8.25% with a $100k balance. my question is , can i refi my ballon mortgage even though i filed chapter 7 banruptcy 6 months ago?
