filed chapter 7 bankruptsy,reaffirmed 1st mortgage,the second mortgage was somehow discharged,...2nd mortgage told me they charged it off,wat happens next?
Hello- That second will still be a lien on the property. I'm surprised they charged it off and have not started foreclosure proceedings. That doesn't sound right. Or, have they? Do you know?

The second mortgage will be considered as a lien on the property. They may recover it from the sale of the property.
