My child just turned 19 and I will no longer be receiving child support ($560 per month). Can my Chapter 13 payments be reduced because of this?

If your income goes down due to loss of overtime, reduced hours or job loss, then the court can reduce your monthly plan payment. Your attorney will have to file an amended plan with proper proof for the same. However, I don't think loss of child support income will help you in lowering your payments. I would suggest you to contact your bankruptcy attorney and take his opinion regarding this matter.
