Hi,
I'm on a deed to a condo with my ex-wife, but not the mtg. The condo is in foreclosure, although she has put off the sale date somehow.
My question is, I'm filing for bankruptcy chapter 7. Should I put the condo on my financial reports in my bankruptcy proceedings?
The note is about $120,000. and the value is about 35k.
Thanks

Hi Ricko,
As your name is mentioned on the property deed, you will have to list the property as your asset while you file your bankruptcy. Your name is not on the mortgage, thus, it would be not considered as your debt.
