I have to many debit but i have one or two credit cards that is no high can i keep that out of bankruptcy
I think you have the option to include what you want and what you donto want to include in the bankruptcy

Hi Guest,

A debtor has the right to decide which debt he wants to include in bankruptcy and which he does not. If you think you can manage the credit card debts on you own, you can opt to leave them out of bankruptcy. However, if you want the credit card debts to be discharged, you will have to include the debt in bankruptcy.
