if i file chapter 7 bankruptcy, are my loans (mortgage and home equity) paid off as well as my credit cards?
First of all i would suggest you if you are still not bank corrupt so stop your self to do it. It can spoil your financial credit history or some other losses.

You have to go to concerned banks and talked with them. Banks have policies in this situation/Cases to entertain the customer where he is going to financial crises badly. They can settle your loans and cards with handsome waviers. Banks will make discussions with you in this condition banks will will waive of their charges/ Markups on your used products even they will also offer you the handsome waivers on principle. This can be settled your liabilities in banks but the waived amounts will be also report with your national identity card number. Your credit beuaure report will be damage for few months but it can be save you to make a wilful defulter
