Looking for 30 Year Fixed BK 7 discharged 6 moths ago, 70% LTV
Hi,
Welcome to the forum.
As you are discharged from BK 7 almost 6 months ago, you may be approved for a "30 Year Fixed". You need to just shop a bit for lenders.
You can even get free counseling from the community lenders. You just need to fill the form at - http://www.mortgagefit.com/
Hope it helps.
Feel free to ask if you have any further questions.
Best of luck,
Larry

Hi SBBat,
As far as I know, whether it's a 30 year fixed or any other option, you'll have to wait for some more time till you can get a loan. Please refer to a previous discussion on Mortgage/refinance after bankruptcy .
Take care
