I'd like to look up someone's bankruptcy. I have their name, address, date of birth and social along with the year it was filed but don’t have the file number. This bankruptcy was filed by my ex. She claims that she has all of these bills when we go to court to try to make the judge feel bad and get more money than she's supposed to from me. So... if I can pull her BK and see that all of those debts have been discharged, then the next time it happens, I'll just pull out the info. It won't go over to well and will show what I have been saying is true... they have been lying!
Hi Colavry,
As far as I know, bankruptcy records are considered as public records. So, I believe you will be able to find the info easily.
Thanks,
Jerry

Hi Colavry,
You can contact a bankruptcy attorney and take his opinion in this matter. He will guide you to find out the details of the bankruptcy filing of your ex.
