Are there lenders who will lend to people who have filed bankruptcy - but only been discharged for a year?
Your credit score is going to have taken a pretty severe hit, but there may be some lenders out there who can help you. as a good first option try getting a few mortgage quotes online - this'll tell you pretty quickly what your chances are like.
it also depends on this: was it 7 or 13?
