i only. have 1 1/2 years to pay it off i already paid 3 1/2 year on fo a 5 year plan what to do
the case is????

I guess you are speaking about Chapter 13 bankruptcy. If you had successfully paid off 3 1/2 year on a 5 year repayment plan, then why did the court dismiss your case? Did they give you any reason for dismissal? I would suggest you to contact your bankruptcy attorney and take his opinion in this case.
