We filed for BK in January. The Trustee has asked for more and more information to prove expenses. We had our home appraised and now they want to raise our BK payments to 2800.00 per month making the plan not feasible. We are going to be dismissed. We have one judgment against us now, would you call this creditor and try to make payment arrangements? Do you have any suggetions?
Welcome nurseUT,
Unless your bankruptcy is dismissed, none of the lenders/creditors will be ready to set up a payment plan for you. You can request the bankruptcy court to give you an affordable payment plan so that you can pay off the debts. If they don't do so and your bankruptcy gets dismissed, then you can negotiate with your creditors for a repayment plan.

Hi nurseUT!
Welcome to forums!
I agree with what Adonis has said. If you want to set up a payment plan with your creditor, then you will have to wait till your bankruptcy filing gets dismissed.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
