I am sorry. I guess I am confused. Is there a difference between the hardship dismissal & immediate dismissal you mentioned earlier in original post? You stated if I can't convert back to 13 & don't qualify for hardship dismissal there could be a immediate dismissal. I am just curious what the difference is, if any. Could the court just throw my case out now & I will have creditors after me? Would I be able to file a Chapter 7 then later on or no? I don't understand the time tables with filings. My original chapter 7 was 12/2000 & the 13 was 4/2008.So if this case is thrown out would I ever be able to file a chapter 7 & if so, when?
Thank you
Cheryl

Hi cheryla!
Welcome to forums!
I checked your prior posts and the replies given to you by Adonis. In his replies, Adonis had said that "If modification of the plan is not possible, then you would get an immediate discharge."
If you cannot modify the bankruptcy plan, then you might request for a hardship discharge depending upon your illness. If you can prove your hardship, then you will receive a discharge and the lenders cannot come after you for the balance dues.
