Hi exodusjeremiah,

If your bankruptcy filing is dismissed, your creditors will have the rights to come after you for the payments. You won't get any protection from the bankruptcy court in this regard. You can refile bankruptcy after it is dismissed but you need to contact your bankruptcy attorney for the same. If you feel that your attorney is not taking the right steps to guide you, you can contact other bankruptcy attorneys and ask them to represent you in the court.
