Ex-wife received discharge from our mortgage

and the home is currently in foreclosure. The summary judgement hearing was xld, probably due to her chapter 7. What does this mean to me? I still live in home and would like to short sell or deed in lieu but I can't b/c my wifes name is still on the deed as far as I know and her attorney won't let her sign anything.
As your wife is presently in Chapter 7, it would be better if she doesn't sign any document. As her name is mentioned in the property deed, you won't be able to sell off the property without her signatures. Once she is discharged of bankruptcy, she can sign the deed and sell off the property. If she had already received a discharge, then she will be able to sign the documents.
