how do you do? i bought a house while married, loan was solely in my name. i have since divorced and ex wife was awarded the house. i signed a quit claim deed, however, she was supposed to put in her name after 2 years; finace it herself and do whatever paperwork is required after i relieve any interest. it has been a year, i have filed a chpt 7 bankruptcy and listed the home loan as debt. what will happen to my ex? does she get 1 yr to stay in the property or will she be evicted after 30 to 60 days? does the bank wait 90 days until the bankruptcy is final before issuing eviction?
I forgot to mention I live in Oregon. My loan is through Wells Fargo Bank and my ex wife has absolutely no credit standing.

If you don't reaffirm the loan, then the lender will take away the property and initiate the foreclosure process. After the foreclosure is complete, he will give her a time period to leave the property. She will have to leave the property within her time period.
