My property was in foreclosure before I went into bankruptcy, While in bankruptcy I started to pay my monthly payments. As soon as the bankruptcy was over the bank restarted the bankruptcy from the point it was at before the bankrucpy.
They have started to return my payments and we were in the process of attempting a loan modification.
I only found out that they pushed the foreclosure thru with no notice to me because we called the court.
I would expect that they would have to start with at least giving me notice and not jumping to the end of the whole process.

Hi bill!
Welcome to forums!
What type of bankruptcy did you file? If you filed Chapter 7 and did not reaffirm your loan and not making the payments on time, then the lender can foreclose the property. However, before the foreclosure, the lender will send you the pre-foreclosure letter. You can take legal actions against the lender if he has not send the letter to you and proceeded with the foreclosure.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
