my bankruptcy case was dismissed on 8/18/10 due to my income reducing drastically and I had problems keeping my monthly payments on time. The last payment I sent the check bounced because I had to put a freeze on my checking acct. three days after I mailed the check because my check book was stolen.
It was to late to avoid and my case was dismissed.
What are my options now to protect myself from creditors and keep my home from being foreclosed?
Can I get my case reinstated or do I start from scratch with a new Bankruptcy?

Hi sebomaitheos,
You contact your bankruptcy attorney and refile bankruptcy. The bankruptcy attorney will let you know what steps you need to take for the same. Once you refile bankruptcy, the court will place an automatic stay on all your creditors. This will help you in saving your property from foreclosure.
Thanks
