Which banks can provide with home equity loans immediately after bankruptcy?
Hi Guest,
Well, I don't think any of the banks will be ready to provide you with a home equity loan or any other kind of loan immediately after bankruptcy. You will have to wait for 3-4 years after bankruptcy discharge to get a loan.
Thanks,
Jerry

HELOCs require solid credit and very few banks offer them - you may get lucky and find a bank that allows this but my guess is you wont.
You need time to reestablish your credit and get things in order before a bank will consider a high risk loan, which a HELOC second usually is -
Good Luck
