We filed bankruptcy on a home in texas moved out now renting to own but now they are trying to foreclose on the home that was discharged why
Hi arlene,
As you filed bankruptcy and received a discharged, your personal obligation toward the debt ended. However, the lender still has the rights to recover the money. Thus, the lender can foreclose the property and sell it off to get back the money.
Take care

Hi Arlene,
I agree with Sara's opinion. As the lender has the rights to recover the dues, he is foreclosing the property.
Thanks
