My cousin quick deed his home to me due to the lost of my job I'm behind on my bills I wanted to file Chpt 13 to combine all my debt can I include the payment of the home quick deed to me?

You will have to list the property in your bankruptcy as one of your assets. If you hold the mortgage on it and if you're delinquent on your payments, then you should be able to include it in your bankruptcy filing as well.
