my husband is filing on our truck and 2 signature loans and my name is on them all. can the bank come after me since i am not filing bankruptcy? i am on ssd and the only other thing i am on is our house. if they come after me since i am not filing bankruptcy can they attach a lein to our house since that is all i have my name on? oh, and he is not filing on the house.

As you're not filing bankruptcy, you will become liable for the payments in full once your husband receives a discharge from bankruptcy. If you're unable to pay off the pay off the loan, then the creditor can file a lawsuit in order to place a lien on your property.
