Hello rita7426.

If your ex has signed an "INTER SPOUSAL GRANT DEED" then he is no longer the owner of the property and cannot claim the property back. You are the owner of the property now. Have you recorded the deed in the Recorder's office in your state?

If you have notarized the deed then you need not to worry much. He cannot get the property back without your sign.

Hope it helps. Ask the community if you have any more questions.
