Is there a letter which can be sent to my creditors while my bankruptcy filing is being processed? I want them to cease contact with me and my employer. I cannot handle them any more!
I haven't heard of a set format of letter which can be sent to creditors while you file bankruptcy. You can ask your bankruptcy attorney and he will send a formal legal letter to all your creditors so that they don't contact you any further.
Welcome Guest,
I agree with what Niicss has said. It will be better if you could ask your bankruptcy attorney to contact them and ask them to not contact you regarding collection of debts.
