Hi Guest!
Welcome to forums!
You will be able to file Chapter 7, if you qualify the means test. I will suggest you to contact a bankruptcy attorney and discuss your case with him. He will go through your case and let you know which chapter of the bankruptcy filing will be best suited for you.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

Hi,
Yes, You can file chapter 7 but is it really necessary for you to file chapter 7?
What I will suggest you is to search for good debt settlement company and take free counseling from them. If after taking the counseling from them, you feel it is the best option for you then you can go for it. What basically they do is, they negotiate with your creditors and try to give you a good settlement offer. They lower down your principle amount and also try to waive off your late fees and interest.
Hope this will help you.
