I am hoping my 2003 taxes will be dicharged.(I met all
the rules) there was a tax lien filed against my property but that property foreclose. Do I need to file a Motion To Release the Lien?

wasn't that covered in "bankruptcy for dummies"? and i am not just being flippant here...if you filed bankruptcy without the assistance of legal counsel, did you do it all by yourself after researching, or did you engage the great knowledge of the unwashed, as you're doing now?
