Is it true that every monetary transmission made in the previous five years before you have filed bankruptcy will be under question? or is it the previous three years?

The state law defers from one state to another. As in California under the current law, the bk trustee can avoid transfers of real estate property which is made up to 10 years before filing the bankruptcy if the transfer was made to prevent the creditor to collect any judgment or other debts.
