my boyfriend and i have considered filing bankruptcy. we are current with all the loans/cc, but barely. thus, living paycheck to paycheck. we are considering bankruptcy to get out from under all of it. do you think it would be worth it or have another alternative?
Hi Wandra,
Filing bankruptcy should be your last option. You should contact the credit card companies or your lender and set up a repayment plan which will help you in paying off the debts. In case this option doesn't workout, then you can go ahead and file bankruptcy.
Thanks
