I received a 1099-A from a rental property how do I report on my taxes

I filled bankrupcy charter 7 and discharge on May 2008. on this year I received a 1099-A for a property that was rental
How do I report this form?

the inf on the form:box #1 date of lender acqusition or Knowledge of abandonment:Oct 5,2010
box #2 balance of principal outstanding $111,452
box#4 fair market value of property $146,757
box#5 was the borrower personaly liable for repayment of
the debt? yes

You should contact a tax adviser and take his opinion in this matter. He will guide you in filing the tax documents and including the 1099 A form in it.
