I had filed bankruptcy and found out that PNC got relief from auto stay today. I need to know whether or not they will be able to foreclose the property now?
Hi Polly,
As they have received a relief from the automatic stay, there are high chances that the lender will come after you to recover the debts. In order to do so, they can even foreclose the property. If you want to save the property, then you can contact PNC and try to set up a payment plan.
Take care

Hi Polly!
Welcome to forums!
I agree with Sara's opinion. As the automatic stay has been lifted by the court for PNC. They will be able to come after your property, foreclose it and recover their debts.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
