What happens if your mortgage was discharged during bankruptcy, you did not reaffirm, but you continue to make the payments? Who owns it?

As you are making the payments, it would have been better if you would have reaffirmed the debts. Though you're making the payments now, it won't be reported to the credit bureaus. The lender still owns the lien on the property and if you stop paying the debts, he would foreclose the house. However, you are not personally liable to pay the debts.
