Hello draper,
This agreement basically takes away the fresh start that Congress intended when creating the bankruptcy laws. Making the debtor liable for a loan after their bankruptcy seems counterproductive.

Welcome drapers,
You can make the right monthly payments every month in order to stop the lender from taking away the property. However, unless the loan is reaffirmed, you will always have the fear of losing the home.
