hello everyone… hope someone here can help me… i need to know if my husband and i realistically have a chance to get a refinance. i filled bankruptcy a year ago. he did not file, only i did and the only thing that was under the bankruptcy was two credit cards. we stayed true to our mortgage, 2nd mortgage and car loan.
Hi Trish,
I agree with what Niicss has said. In the given situation, you won't be able to qualify for a mortgage. Your husband, if he has the required credit score, income and stable job, will be able to qualify for a mortgage.
Thanks

Refinancing is possible if your husband applies for it as this procedure requires some qualifying data for processing and other legal issues. There are very less chances of yours to get refinanced but your husband can still file for it as a plus point of you both being dedicated to your mortgage plans.
