I AM IN BK 7 NOW. THE CK FROM THE IRS CAME D.DEP. MY BANK ACCT WAS ALREADY NEGATIVE. I SPENT ALL 7000. I DID A SPREADSHEET ON EVERY DIME I SPENT- CAR REPAIR-FOOD- CLOTHES FOR THE KIDS, SCHOOL SUPPLIES,ETC. MY ATTNY WAS MAD WHEN I TOLD HIM . HE SAID HE WOULD CALL THE TRUSTEE LET HER KNOW BF WE GET TO THE 341 THIS THURSDAY. NEVER CALLED ME BACK. WHAT SHOULD EXPECT FROM THE TRUSTEE. IS THIS CRIMINAL?I AM SURE SHE IS MAD. RYAN
