I am too far behind on my mortgage to make up back payments. I
have filed bankruptcy and the mortgage company just asked the
trustee to remove the stay so they can foreclose.
I am disabled and my father lives with me who is on Hospice. Is there
anyway I can delay a foreclosure because of our disabilities?

Hi Nico,
You can contact your lender and negotiate with him to give you some time. You can even request for a loan modification. This will help you in saving the property. I hope this will help you.
Thanks
