Is my mortgage and cars paid separate from my repayment plan, or are they included in repayment plan. If included what happens to Mortgage as 3 to 5 years would not pay off mortgage. It would pay the cars off however.

you will get a payment plan from the trustee which will help you in reorganizing all your debts within 3-5 years. after that, you can refinance your existing mortgages at a better rate and pay them off.
