my wife and i purchased a house in 2008, i'm not on the loan but on the deed, she left and went bankruptcy in february 2010, and the house was in it .
she pass the deed on my name only....
I would love to keep the house because I haved put 30 k to reformed it.
so what now ???

If your wife's name is on the loan, then she will have to include the loan in her debts. The trustee will have the rights to sell off the property and pay off the creditors. As your name is on the property deed, the trustee will give you your share of the property after it is sold off. I would suggest you to contact an attorney and take his opinion in this regard.
