i made a deposit in my savings account the same day i filed i converted my 13 to a 7 my 13 was not final yet my deposit was a check from my 401k for a hardship to save my home will the trustee take this money or do i have to show a bank statement at all for the date of the converision or would it be just for the date that i orginally filed in may..
If you file Chapter 7 bankruptcy, you need to list all your assets. The trustee would check out as to how much he could liquidate in order to pay off your creditors. As far as the 401k hardship check is concerned, you will have to consult your bankruptcy attorney in this regard.

You really need the assistance of a bankruptcy Attorney - please don't do this by yourself. Do you have an Attorney yet? If not, try "www.legalhelpers.com". They'll connect you with a local Attorney within 24 hours and you'll receive 30 minutes free consultation via the telephone.
