i'm filing bankruptcy and will have to file means test form. i need to know if you need to include social security income in that form.
Hi Cedra,
As far as I know, social security income is exempt from any kind of liens. So, you may not have to include it in your bankruptcy filing.
Thanks,
Jerry

Welcome Cedra,
I agree with what Jerry has said. Social security income is exempt in all cases. So, it will be better if you could contact a bankruptcy attorney and take his opinion in this regard.

Means test form requires accurate information in many complex categoires. Social Security income is not however included in this form
