after my chapter 13 was dismissed will the money garnishment stop coming out of my paycheck and if so how long is the process?
It would be best to check with your attorney...if you filed without the use of an attorney maybe you can find the answer is in your copies of the paperwork. Did you reaffirm with the creditor who is garnishing your paycheck?

Is the chapter 13 dismissed or discharged? If it is dismissed then the money garnishment may not be stopped coming out of my paycheck. But if the chapter113 is discharged then you may have paid it with the chapter13 repayment plan. So it is going to be stopped. So dismissed and discharged is altogether different.
