If you file bankruptcy leaving your time share out of the bankruptcy and then refuse to pay for it what would be the fall out?

I have a client who has filed bankruptcy and left the time share out of the bankruptcy. She is 1/2 of a married couple on the contract and refusing to take calls or make payments.
looks like the timeshare lender will take possession of its collateral eventually, doesn't it? that's the sensible thing to have happen anyway.
