My bankruptcy was discharged on December 2011. Today I received a letter from the Trustee requesting that I pay 13,000 because I had too much value in personal property. What do I do...? I don’t have a penny to pay this debt.
I will suggest you to not mess up with the Trustee. You've been discharged and the bill is due. So, you should check out if you can make payment arrangements and pay off the debts.
Hi Bandrabox,
I agree with Niicss. You should not take chances with your trustee. Nevertheless, I hope you have a bankruptcy attorney. You can contact him/her and also take his opinion in this regard.
Thanks

Hello Bandrabox,
Trustees are incredibly busy and generating huge profits so they will continually postpone the sale date with adequate time to research and respond to the issues raised by our company to protect themselves.
