divorce decree reads as follows: husband shall sign his interest in the marital home to his ex-wife. he shall sign a quit claim deed on the martial home to his ex-wife. however if wife die prior to selling the marital home. the home will revest back into husband.
is this the same as a "life estate"?
when did the interest in the property revest back into me?
can trustee take the property from me claiming i owned the property at all times.

Hi amdpop,
The statement in the divorce decree is not similar to that of the life estate. The life estate clause gives you the right to stay in the property until death. According to the divorce decree, the property would be reverted back to you in case of your wife's death. I don't think the trustee would be able to claim the property back from you now.
Thanks
