Hello-
I signed the Deed of Trust and am in a home by the tenants of the entirety. I did not sign the promissory note and don't have anything to do with the loan. Shouldn't this be a unsecured loan for me.

Hi chrissy,
As your name is not mentioned on the mortgage docs, you won't be liable for the mortgage in any way. It won't even be considered as an unsecured loan for you. In case of any loan default, the lender won't be able to come after you for the payments.
Thanks

hello crissy,
don't work with a chapter 13 bankruptcy attorney who doesn't believe in complete transparency when it comes to billing. you don't need to add more debt on top of the loans you're trying to discharge.
