i filed bankruptcy i paid off my vehicle and other bills around15,000 and left owing 2500 lost my job had financial problems didn't make the last payments now they are dismissing the case will i have to loss the vehicle or can the loans that was paid off be reinstated for any reason
Hi hutson,

If the bankruptcy court dismisses the case, then the lender can come after you in order to recover rest of his dues. In order to recover the dues, the creditor can sell off your vehicle. You can contact your bankruptcy attorney and trustee in this regard and check out if they help you in stopping the dismissal of the case.

Thanks,

Jerry
